John G. Johnson, Jr has been a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since September 2007 and a director and Chief Executive Officer from April 2007 to September 2007. From February 2001 to April 2007, Mr. Johnson had his own management consulting practice specializing in turnaround initiatives. Mr. Johnson currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of GenTek Inc., a manufacturer of industrial components and performance chemicals. Mr. Johnson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (Foamex) from 1999 to 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnson was Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Safety-Kleen Corp., an environmental services company, from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Johnson also served as President, Chief Operating Officer and director of Safety-Kleen Corp. from 1993 to 1995. From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Johnson held several executive positions with ARCO Chemical Company, a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of propylene oxide and derivatives and other intermediate chemicals, including Senior Vice President and Director, and President of ARCO Chemical Americas, beginning in 1987. Mr. Johnson began his career with the Atlantic Richfield Company, the parent of ARCO Chemical, in 1958. Mr. Johnson holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a MBA from the LeBow College of Business of Drexel University. Mr. Johnson also completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School and the Executive Seminar for Humanistic Studies at the Aspen Institute.
David J. Prilutski has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since April 2008. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Prilutski served as President of Lyondell Europe where he had overall responsibility for the European region plus global P&L responsibility for Lyondell Chemical Company’s (“Lyondell”) styrene and isocyanate (TDI) businesses. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Prilutski held the position of Vice President, Supply Chain, in which he had global responsibility for logistics, procurement, customer support, warehousing, inventory management systems and distribution. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Prilutski held the position of Director, Research and Development, for Lyondell, where he was responsible for process and product research and development for Lyondell’s chemicals businesses. From January 2000 to July 2000, Mr. Prilutski served as Senior Vice President and Acting Chief Financial Officer of Foamex International Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Prilutski held a number of varied assignments and roles of increasing responsibility with ARCO Chemical Company, a predecessor to Lyondell, in marketing, sales, strategic planning, finance, research and development, manufacturing and engineering disciplines. Mr. Prilutski received his M.B.A. from Drexel University and a B.S. from the University of Delaware.
Harold J. Earley has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. From 2007-2008, Mr. Earley was Chief Financial Officer for Sonitrol Corporation, a leading provider of commercial security services located in Berwyn, PA. Prior to Sonitrol, Mr. Earley served as Chief Financial Officer of Celetronix International, Ltd. from 2002-2006. From 1997-2002, Mr. Earley was with Amkor Technology Inc., where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Earley held the position of Audit Partner with Siana Carr & O’Connor, Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Auditor with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company after commencing a public accounting career at KPMG upon graduation from college. Mr. Earley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Drexel University.
Vincent A. Bonaddio has been the Senior Vice President, Business Management, for the Technical Products Business since January 2008. From May 2005 to January 2008, Mr. Bonaddio served as Senior Vice President of the Technical Products Business Unit. From May 2001 to May 2005, Mr. Bonaddio was Senior Vice President, Business Management, of the Technical Products Business Unit. From June 1997 to May 2001, Mr. Bonaddio was Senior Vice President of Technology. Mr. Bonaddio has been with Foamex and its affiliates for eighteen (18) years. During his career with Foamex, he has been granted over 30 patents and he has been instrumental in the development and commercialization of products based on the VPF® and SMT® Technologies. Mr. Bonaddio earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Chiu Y. Chan has been Senior Vice President, Technology since August 2007. From October 2003 to July 2007, Dr. Chan served as Vice President, Technology. From January 2000 to September 2003, Dr. Chan was Technical Director, Foam Products Research & Development. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Chan spent 9 years at Lyondell/ARCO Chemical where he held various positions in process and product development in polyurethane-related areas. Mr. Chan received both, his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees, from The Cooper Union. In addition, he earned his Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
Robert W. Clark has been Director, Business Management, Carpet Cushion since January 2008. From 2005-2008, Mr. Clark served as District Manager, Correctional Services at Aramark Corporation in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Aramark, Mr. Clark served as the Director, Business Operations at Draeger Medical, Inc from 2003-2004. From 2001-2002, Mr. Clark held the position of General Manager, Specialties at FMC Corporation and also served as Business Director and Controller at Evergreen Metal Industries, LLC. from 1998-2001. Earlier in his career, Mr. Clark spent 20 years at Lyondell/ARCO Chemical Company where he held the positions of Global Business Director, Oxygenated Fuels, Business Director, Oxygenated Fuels (Europe & North America), National Accounts Manager and various Finance and Manufacturing management positions. Mr. Clark received his BS in Chemical Engineering and his MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
Kenneth J. Crawford has been Senior Vice President, Manufacturing since August 2007. Mr. Crawford served as Vice President, Foam Products East from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Crawford served as Director of Manufacturing Excellence Deployment for Hercules Inc. focusing on Lean/Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence, and Work Process Redesign initiatives from 2002 to 2006. Prior to joining Hercules, Mr. Crawford served as Plant Manager for Borden Chemical and ARCO Chemical. Earlier in his career, Mr. Crawford served in various operations leadership positions and as Quality Assurance Manager with Union Carbide Corporation. Mr. Crawford received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Michael V. Johnson has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources since January 2008. From 2004 until 2007, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President, Human Resources for the US Commercial Operations Group of Sanofi-Aventis. Prior to joining Sanofi-Aventis, Mr. Johnson held the position of Vice President, Human Resources with Aventis Pharmaceuticals Inc., from 2000-2004, and also held various positions in industrial operations with the predecessor company, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, from 1989 until 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson was Senior Director of Human Resources with several business units for Stewart-Warner Corporation. Mr. Johnson received his B.S. in Business Administration and M.S from Loyola University, Chicago, in Industrial Relations.
Thomas C. Kilburn has been Senior Vice President Procurement and Supply Chain since December 2008. Prior to joining Foamex, Mr. Kilburn held various senior level positions with Lyondell/ Arco Chemical. His most recent assignments included Global Business Director Performance Chemicals from 1998-2003, Vice President BDO and TDI from 2003-2005 and NAFTA Sales Manager from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Kilburn earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
Donald W. Phillips has been Executive Vice President, Automotive products since June 2004. From May 2003 to June 2004, Mr. Phillips was a principal of Advanced Materials Group, LLC, a company engaged as a sales representative for manufacturers in the automotive supply chain. From March 1997 to May 2003, Mr. Phillips was a Senior Account Manager in the Company’s Automotive Products business unit. Mr. Phillips received a B.S./B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Lawrence technologies University in 1989.
Andrew R. Prusky has been Senior Vice President, Legal since April 2008. From August 2006 to April 2008, Mr. Prusky was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. From November 2002 to August 2006, Mr. Prusky was Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Prusky practiced corporate and securities law at the law firm of Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Prusky received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law.
Frederick P. Rullo has been Senior Vice President, Sales since December, 2007. Mr. Rullo joined the Company in August 2007 as Senior Vice President of Sales, Foam Products East. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rullo held the position of Director of Sales North America, Intermediate Chemicals for BASF from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rullo held various management positions with Lubrizol Corporation from 1992 to 2004, most recently as Business Director North America for their Thermoplastic Polyurethane business unit. Mr. Rullo received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Thomas P. Sheehan has been Vice President, Treasurer since May 1, 2008. From 1985 to 2008, Mr. Sheehan was with IKON Office Solutions (formerly Alco Standard Corporation) where he served in a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility, including roles as Senior Auditor, Divisional Controller, Director of Planning and Analysis, Director of Corporate Treasury and most recently assistant Assistant Treasurer. From 1982-1985, Mr. Sheehan was a Senior Auditor with Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. Sheehan has a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional.
Alvaro Vaselli has been Senior Vice President, Foam Products Business Management since December 2008. From September 2007 to December 2008, Mr. Vaselli served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Development and Marketing. From May 2005 to September 2007, Mr. Vaselli served as Senior Vice President, Foam Products (East) Business Unit. From February 2004 to May 2005, Mr. Vaselli was Senior Vice President, Bedding and was Vice President, Marketing and Sales from January 2000 to February 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vaselli spent 7 years at Lyondell/ARCO Chemical where he held the positions of Global Business Development Manager from 1996 to 1999, and Commercial Manager at their start-up operation in São Paulo, Brazil from 1992 to 1996. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Vaselli held several positions in the Marketing and Sales areas at Dow Chemical in São Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Vaselli received a B.S. in Production and Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial (FEI) in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1987 and a MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1991.
Thomas M. Walsh has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since April 21, 2007. From 2000-2007, Mr. Walsh served as Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Talk America, Inc. From 1996-2000, Mr. Walsh was a Regional Controller with Cellular One of Philadelphia. Earlier in his career Mr. Walsh was Vice President of Finance and CFO at Call Technology Corporation from 1992-1996. Mr. Walsh also spent ten years in the Public Accounting area, serving as Audit Manager for Ernst and Young from 1989-1992. Mr. Walsh is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BS degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
