Building on the success of our Quiltflex product for several years, one of our newest products in the the family of environmentally friendlier products is Quiltflex Natural. It is a fiber replacement foam that virtually eliminates body impressions, one of the most critical issues for mattress manufacturers. In manufacturing this innovative foam product, plant-based sustainable raw materials have been used to partially replace petroleum-based products traditionally used in conventional foam making processes.

The Quiltflex Natural product increases breathability, provides better moisture pick-up and dissipation, and is CAL 117 compliant.
