Like our other "Natural" products produced, we replace a portion of petroleum-based ingredients with environmentally sustainable plant-based materials. The Relfex Natural is also produced using state-of-the-art environmentally friendly manufacturing process – our VPF manufacturing process.

Our "Natural-based" raw material uses a product which is renewable and sustainable (which petrochemical-based products are not). The products are non-halogenated, organic fire retardant and add a non-halogenated ingredient which is more environmentally-friendly, while providing equal F/R protection. The product is produced in our exclusive VPF Manufacturing environment. This low-emissions manufacturing process releases no harmful off-gasses into the environment. Currently, we are the only flexible polyurethane foam supplier to use this technology in North America.
