John Cowles has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since June 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Cowles was Chief Executive Officer of Touchstone Wireless, a company recognized as the leading handset repair, remanufacturer and logistics telecommunications provider in North America. Mr. Cowles is a 25-year business veteran who has held senior leadership positions at major companies – such as Kraft Foods, Campbell Soup Company, and George Weston Bakeries – and guided them to significantly improved fiscal success. Mr. Cowles has global experience with operating businesses in Asia, North America, and Latin America. He has built strong teams focused on strategic growth delivered through an efficient supply chain. Mr. Cowles holds an Engineering Degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Harold J. Earley has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. From 2007-2008, Mr. Earley was Chief Financial Officer for Sonitrol Corporation, a leading provider of commercial security services located in Berwyn, PA. Prior to Sonitrol, Mr. Earley served as Chief Financial Officer of Celetronix International, Ltd. from 2002-2006. From 1997-2002, Mr. Earley was with Amkor Technology Inc., where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Earley held the position of Audit Partner with Siana Carr & O’Connor, Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Auditor with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company after commencing a public accounting career at KPMG upon graduation from college. Mr. Earley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Drexel University.
Diane F. Adams has been Senior Vice President, Consumer Products since January 2012. Ms. Adams was most recently with Schiller Grounds Care as Vice President of Sales, Marketing Support and Customer Operations. Ms. Adams played a key role driving profitable growth with Schiller by integrating newly acquired brands into their portfolio of products. Prior to Schiller, Ms. Adams was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for K'NEX Brands and also worked with Crayola and Avery Dennison. Ms. Adams has written articles on new product process and targeted marketing and she is a contributing author to the book Goals for Successful Marketing Executives. Ms. Adams received a BS in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
Vincenzo A. Bonaddio has been the Senior Vice President, Research and Development since May 2011. From May 2001 to May 2011, Mr. Bonaddio served as Senior Vice President of the Company's Technical Products Business. From June 1997 to May 2001, Mr. Bonaddio was Senior Vice President of Technology. Mr. Bonaddio has been with the Company and its affiliates for twenty-one (21) years. During his career with the Company, he has been granted over 30 patents and he has been instrumental in the development and commercialization of products based on the VPF® and SMT® Technologies. Mr. Bonaddio earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Darryl M. Dunn has been Senior Vice President, Controller since May 2011. From May 2009 to May 2011, Mr. Dunn served as Vice President, Controller of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dunn held the position of Chief Accounting Officer for Brandywine Realty Trust from 2007 to 2008 and held the position of Corporate Controller at Talk America, Inc. in 2006. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dunn held the position of Vice President Corporate Controller at Amkor Technology from 1997 to 2005, Division Controller at Intelligent Electronics from 1995 to 1997 and Public Accountant/Audit professional with KPMG from 1988 to 1995. Mr. Dunn is a certified Public Accountant and received a BS in Accounting from Widener University.
Gary Fassak has been Senior Vice President and General Manager, Home Furnishings, since April 2013. Previously, Mr. Fassak was Vice President, Marketing and Acting Vice President, Sales for ARAMARK Corporation’s Refreshment Services division. Mr. Fassak has held senior leadership positions at major companies, including Procter and Gamble, where he led brands such as Crisco, Duncan Hines, and Scope; Campbell Soup Company, where he led the Swanson and flagship Red & White Soup businesses; and Crayola LLC, where he leveraged innovation to expand the company’s footprint to new creative platforms. He has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Philadelphia Zoo where he led the planning and launch of Bank of America Big Cat Falls, the first major new exhibit in a decade. Mr. Fassak holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Cornell University, and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School of Business.
David M. Minning has been Senior Vice President since March 2011. Prior to joining FXI, Mr. Minning held various management positions with Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. from 1998 to 2011. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including roles as Executive Director, Marketing and Business Development, North America Acute Care from 2003 to 2007, Vice President, General Manager, Patient Environment from 2007 to 2008, and most recently as Vice President, Marketing & Innovation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Minning held various positions in finance and strategic planning at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield (WellPoint). Mr. Minning received his BS/BA from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Donald W. Phillips has been Executive Vice President and General Manager of Automotive since April 2013. From January 2012 until April 2013, Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President of Automotive and Home Furnishings. From June 2008 to January 2012, Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President, Automotive and Quality. From June 2006 to December 2011, Mr. Phillips served as Executive Vice President, China Operations, which was an overlapping role with his Automotive and Quality duties from 2008 through 2011. From June 2004 to June 2008, Mr. Phillips served as Executive Vice President, Automotive Products. In these roles, he has successfully restructured and increased profits for the global Automotive division. From May 2003 to June 2004, Mr. Phillips was a Principal of Advanced Materials Group, LLC, a company engaged as a sales representative for manufacturers in the automotive supply chain. From March 1997 to May 2003, Mr. Phillips was a Senior Account Manager in the Company's Automotive Products business unit. Mr. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Lawrence Technological University in 1989 and is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Andrew Rodgers has been Senior Vice President, Operations since February 2012. Mr. Rodgers has over 22 years experience in strategic leadership roles in the manufacturing industry emphasizing operational renovation and excellence, as well as organization effectiveness optimization. Mr. Rodgers was most recently with Celerant Consulting, where he was Vice President of Operations. His prior experience includes assignments with KORAS AG, Polartech Additives AG, BP Industrial Lubricants & Services, Castrol Industrial Lubricants, and Burham Castrol Specialty Chemicals. Mr. Rodgers received a BS in Engineering from Bath and Toulouse University.
Jennifer Evans Stacey, Esq. joined FXI as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in November 2012. Previously, Ms. Stacey served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Human Resources and Secretary at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2005 until February 2012. From its formation in October 1995 until April 2004, Ms. Stacey was Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, and General Counsel of Aventis Behring LLC, a leader in the $6.1 billion global plasma-protein business and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aventis. Prior to the formation of Aventis Behring, Ms. Stacey was with Rhône-Poulenc Rorer (predecessor company of Aventis), first at its headquarters in Collegeville, PA and then at its offices in Paris, France as International Counsel. Ms. Stacey began her legal career at King & Spalding in Washington, DC, where she served as an associate in the Corporate Finance Department. Ms. Stacey graduated with a BA from Princeton University and obtained her JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
